Trevor was born with Mitochondrial DNA Deletion Syndrome, a rare and progressive illness. He bravely fought this disease for 12 years. But his story is not defined by his diagnosis. It is defined by his heart. Trevor had a gift for bringing people together, forming deep friendships, and accepting everyone with effortless kindness and grace.

Through the Team Trev foundation, his spirit lives on in every act of compassion, every connection made, and every life touched.
